【 Future of Oil and Gas Industry in 14th Five-Year Plan for Modern Energy System 】
Recently, National Development and Reform Commission and National Energy admin126459646istration jointly issued the 14th Five-Year-Plan for modern energy system. The plan puts forward more strict and specific new requirements for the petroleum and petrochemical industry from the aspects of enhancing the security and stability of the energy supply chain and promoting the green and low-carbon transformation of energy production and consumption mode, which will play an important guiding role in the development of the petroleum and petrochemical industry during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.

【 Jianghan Set New Record of Maximum Gas Production of Atmospheric Shale Gas 】 The daily test output of Anye 4-3hf well participated by Jianghan Petroleum Engineering shale gas production technology service company exceeded 40000 cubic meters for the first time, breaking the record of the highest gas production of atmospheric shale gas of Anye 1-7hf well in August 2021.

【 Acceleration of Unconventional Gas Well Construction in Saudi Arabia 】 The SP260 drilling crew of Saudi Arabia project of West Branch of North China Petroleum Engineering Construction Company took 18 days, which saved 6 days compared with the designed drilling cycle. It drilled to the designed well depth of 5635 meters, successfully completed the drilling construction task of hzem-161002 well, broke the record of the shortest construction cycle of unconventional gas wells in Sha special area of West Branch, and contributed to Party A’s efficient development of oil and gas fields .

【 First Microbial Flooding Block in Shengli Oilfield Increased Output by 170000 Tons 】  Luo801 block of Shengli Oilfield, the first microbial oil displacement block of Sinopec, has been continuously implementing microbial oil displacement for 22 years since 1999, with a cumulative oil increase of 172700 tons and a stage enhanced oil recovery of 5.93%. It is understood that this is the longest and most effective microbial oil displacement block in the world .

【 First Development Test Well in Xinsheng Structure of Southwest Oil and Gas Achieved High Yield 】 Xinsheng 101-1, the first development test well of Xuer gas reservoir in Xinsheng structure of Southwest Oil and gas, was reformed by small section and multi cluster volume fracturing, and the gas production was 180000 m3 / day. The success of the well further confirmed that the difficult to produce reserves of Xuer have the potential of development and production .
【 Shengli Fracturing Technology Has Set a Number of Records in Sichuan Tight Sandstone 】 Fulu 1 well designed by Shengli Oilfield Petroleum Engineering Technology Research Institute achieved high production after fracturing and set a number of highest records in the fracturing construction of the same type of tight sandstone oil and gas reservoir in China, such as total sand addition, average sand addition intensity and comprehensive sand liquid ratio of a single well .

Tang Haiqing, chairman of Aoais Group, Nie Peng, general manager of petroleum engineering services Chengdu Co., Ltd., Zhang Fu, deputy general manager of Baoji Oilfield Machinery, he Huanqing, deputy chief engineer and general manager of Chengdu Baoji Oilfield Machinery and relevant leaders and personnel of both parties attended the ceremony and witnessed the signing of the agreement .
