1 简介

水果分级是水果商品化处理的关键步骤,落后的水果分级技术严重制约着水果产业的发展,目前我国水果分级以人工为主,劳动强度大,效率低,已经无法满足产业加工的需求.基于计算机视觉的水果分级以其高精度和高速度的特点得到了广泛的关注和研究.本文针对基于计算机视觉的水果分级关键技术进行了系统的研究。
