Zhai Yunchuan is a 32-year-old artist. He likes drawing very much. And he likes scroll paintings best, like Riverside Scene at Qingming Festival.

翟云川是一位32岁的画家。他很喜欢画画。而且他最喜欢长卷画，就像 《清明上河图》。

At 27, Zhai decided ^① to walk from Shenzhen to his hometown Sichuan and draw the landscapes along the way. It was not easy and took a long time, but he made it ^② . He drew a 100-meter-long scroll painting and called it Beautiful Chinese Roads.

27岁时，翟云川决定徒步从深圳回他的家乡四川并一路作画。这并不容易，而且要花很长的时间，但是他成功了。他创作了一幅百米长卷画并取名 《美丽中国路》。

After that, Zhai didn’t stop there. He started to travel to more than ^③ 100 cities in China and then finished more than 500 meters of scroll painting. “I want to draw a 2,500-meter-long scroll painting. My dream is to draw all the landscapes in China,” says Zhai. Now he’s on the way to making the dream come true.

那之后，翟云川并没有就此止步。他开始去中国100多个城市旅行，然后完成了500多米的画卷。翟云川说：“我想绘2500米的长卷画。我的梦想是画遍中国风景。”现在，他正在实现梦想的路上。

It’s never too late. If you have a dream, please make that dream come true.
