Oil and gas production units have reduced tertiary institutions by 22%, and canceled all 1,827 teams. 8,664 teams were compressed, with a compression ratio of nearly 80%. More than 13% of the management personnel of the agency have been reduced, among which the number of management jobs has been reduced by more than 15%. All oil and gas production units fully realize flat management.
