GTT and Zhoushan Xinya Shipyard signed LNG Technical Service Agreement

2022年10月12日上午，GTT与舟山市鑫亚船舶修造有限公司在上海正式签署技术合作协议，舟山鑫亚获得了GTT授权的薄膜型LNG船舶修理资质。舟山鑫亚总经理夏松康、副总经理贺丰恩、副总经理王军挺与法国GTT中国总经理Adnan Ezzarhouni、业务发展经理魏伟等共同出席签约仪式并进行深入友好交流。

On the morning of October 12, 2022, GTT and Zhoushan Xinya Shipyard officially signed a Technical Service Agreement in Shanghai, and Zhoushan Xinya Shipyard obtained the film LNG ship repair qualification authorized by GTT. Xia Songkang(CEO of Xinya Shipyard), Fon He(Vice President of Xinya Shipyard), Wang Junting(Vice President of Xinya Shipyard), Adnan Ezzarhouni(General Manager of GTT China), Wei Wei(Business Development Manager of GTT China) and others jointly attended the signing ceremony and conducted in-depth friendly exchanges.

根据技术合作协议内容，双方将就各种LNG项目展开合作，从而推动双方合作进入了新的发展阶段。与GTT的合作能够提升舟山鑫亚的技术价值链，扩大舟山鑫亚对船东的服务范围，为船东提供更多规格和类型的LNG船舶解决修理方案，更好地满足未来绿色修船不断增长的需要，进一步提升舟山鑫亚在LNG船舶修理市场的地位。

According to the content of the Technical Service Agreement , both parties will cooperate on various LNG projects, thus pushing the cooperation into a new stage of development. The cooperation with GTT can enhance the technical value chain of Zhoushan Xinya Shipyard, expand the service scope of Zhoushan Xinya Shipyard to shipowners, provide shipowners with more specifications and types of LNG ship repair solutions, better meet the growing demand for green ship repair in the future, and further enhance the position of Zhoushan Xinya Shipyard in the LNG ship repair market.

舟山鑫亚获得GTT公司的资质认证以及GTT公司签署技术合作协议，是鑫亚修船事业战略性迈入了大型LNG运输船修理市场的里程碑事件，同时也吹响了舟山鑫亚进军大型LNG运输船修理领域的号角，成为中国首家获此资质的民营修船企业。

Zhoushan Xinya Shipyard obtained the qualification certification of GTT and signed the Technical Service Agreement  with GTT, which is a milestone event for Zhoushan Xinya Shipyard’s ship repair business to enter the repair market of large LNG carriers strategically. It also sounded the clarion call for Zhoushan Xinya Shipyard to enter the repair field of large LNG carriers, becoming the first private ship repair enterprise in China to obtain this qualification.
