作为一种主要影响老年人的痴呆症,血管性痴呆(VD)的特点是大脑供血改变,导致认知障碍。本研究的目的是通过冥想蛋白激酶A (PKA)-CREB信号通路,探讨环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)反应元件结合(CREB)1基因沉默对VD小鼠认知功能障碍的影响。

2018年5月3日,江苏师范大学郑元林、陆军及吴冬梅共同通讯在 Molecular Medicine (IF=5.7)在线发表题为“ Effects of CREB1 gene silencing on cognitive dysfunction by mediating PKA-CREB signaling pathway in mice with vascular dementia ”的研究论文,该研究表明,CREB1基因沉默导致VD加重,这是由于抑制PKA-CREB信号通路导致的,从而加剧了认知功能障碍。

但是,在2023年8月7日, 该文章被撤回,主要原因是数据异常。

另外,国自然基金委 对吴冬梅、郑元林、陆军等发表的论文共通报了35篇文章,截至2023年8月10日,已经被撤回33篇文章(部分文章为非通报文章) 撤销吴冬梅国家自然科学基金项目“TRPV4介导软骨藻酸处理致小鼠认知缺陷的分子机制”(批准号81400902), 追回已拨资金,永久取消吴冬梅国家自然科学基金项目申请资格 (自2022年1月18日起),给予吴冬梅通报批评;决定依照《国家自然科学基金条例》第三十五条第四项,并参照《国家自然科学基金委员会监督委员会对科学基金工作中不端行为的处理办法(试行)》第十七条第三、四项,撤销郑元林国家自然科学基金项目“HDAC6激活HMGB1/RAGE信号轴介导Ⅱ型糖尿病小鼠认知缺陷的机制研究”(批准号81571055),追回已拨资金, 取消郑元林国家自然科学基金项目申请资格5年(2022年1月18日至2027年1月17日),给予郑元林通报批评 ;决定参照《国家自然科学基金委员会监督委员会对科学基金工作中不端行为的处理办法(试行)》第十七条第三、四项, 取消陆军国家自然科学基金项目申请资格5年(2022年1月18日至2027年1月17日),给予陆军通报批评

经江苏师范大学学术委员会调查,发现图3、图4 C、图6、图7 C图像不符合要求,主编已撤回本文。江苏师范大学学术委员会要求本文作者提供原始实验记录和数据进行核实,但作者无法提供。因此,总编辑对本文的数据和结果的完整性失去了信心。
