• 在主编和编委会的领导下负责主持编辑部的日常行政和业务工作；

• 负责医学英文期刊创刊和发展工作；

• 根据办刊宗旨、目标、方针、政策和编委会的意见，制订总体规划和年度计划，并组织实施；

• 与 全球一线医学科学家交流，约写述评、综述及高水平的研究论文等；

• 组织编辑部人员齐心协力完成期刊的编辑、出版、宣传、发行等工作，确保办刊质量，努力提高期刊的社会效益；

• 负责审阅三校完成稿，并根据实际情况承担部分编辑业务工作；

• 完成主管部门、主编和编委会交代布置的其他工作。

• 政治素质好，热爱编辑工作，学风严谨，责任心强，具有较强的组织管理和协调能力；身心健康、可全职到岗；

• 具有医学或生命科学专业背景，博士学位，年龄50周岁以下；

• 在重要英文期刊发表过医学、生命科学领域科研论文或期刊建设管理相关论文，能够紧跟医学以及生命科学学科前沿组稿约稿；

• 具有较高的英文水平，较强的英文写作和口语交流能力，能胜任英文稿件的格式审查、鉴别稿件领域、协助主编处理稿件；

• 熟悉国际国内期刊发行的相关政策和标准。 有SCI期刊创刊和发展经验者，或有英文期刊编辑工作经验者优先。

Aim s  & scope

EngMedicine  is an international, peer-reviewed research publication covering the full spectrum of research from the interdisciplinary discipline of medical engineering and translational medicine, inspire medical engineers to help solve understanding of human disease, or its prevention, diagnosis, treatment, alleviation or monitoring. The journal helps to build bridges between bench researchers, medical engineers and clinicians.

EngMedicine  aspires to become the most prominent publishing venue in the interdisciplinary discipline of medical engineering and translational medicine by bringing together the most important advances in the discipline, enhancing their visibility by means of opinion and news articles, and providing overviews of the state of the art in each field through topic-, disease- or technology-focused review articles.
