for industrial total radiation pyrometer范围本标准规定了辐射感温器(以下简称感温器)的技术要求、试验方法检验规则、标志和贮存。本标准适用于温度范围为400℃~2000℃,距离系数为20的辐射感温器。2引用标准下列标准所包含的条文,通过在本标准中引用而构成为本标准的条文。本标准出版时,所示版本均为有效。所有标准都会被修订,使用本标准的各方应探讨使用下列标准最新版本的可能性。JB丌T93291999仪器仪表运输、运输贮存基本环境条件及试验方法3定义本标准采用下列定义3.1辐射感温器 industrial total radiation pyrometer一种利用非接触方式使被测对象的热辐射能转换成电信号来测量温度的仪表,它不带滤光片,选用的探测元件是热电堆,物镜材料是JC-3石英玻璃或K9玻璃。3.2分度特性 calibration characteristics感温器输出值与温度的关系。33分度表 reference table用表格形式表示的感温器分度特性。本标准规定的分度表的代号(分度号)分别为F1和F23.4允差 toler&nce感温器实际的输出值与温度的关系偏离分度表的允许范围3.5测量距离 measuring distance被测对象到感温器物镜的距离。36距离系数 distance factor测量距离与该距离所要求的被测对象最小有效直径之比。3.7响应时间 response time被测对象的温度出现阶跃变化时,感温器输出变化至相当于该阶跃变化的95%所需的时间。4技术要求4.I正常工作条件感温器在下述环境条件下应能正常工作:温度:10℃-80℃;相对湿度:10%~75%;大气压力:86kPa~106kPa国家机械工业局1999-08-06批准2000-01-01实施TAT924119994.2测量范围和允差4.2.1感温器的分度特性应分别符合下列两个分度公式a)光物镜材料为JGS-3石英玻璃,测量范围为400℃-1200℃时:E=∑a.(-100式中:t—被测温度,℃;E——感温器输出值,mV10.200mVa13.692581×102mV℃+;a2-4.80272×10-5mV℃-2;a32.50887×108mV℃-33.615×10-12mV℃b)当物镜材料为K9玻璃测量范围为700℃~2000℃时:E(t-1800)……………(2)式中:ao-50.200mV;a110.672725×10-2mV℃-;a26.607581×10-mV℃7.13120×10°mV℃-3;2.16090×10-mV;-6.24922×10mv℃-54.2.2感温器的输出值与温度的关系应符合分度表(表1和表2)其中分度号F1,用于以JCS-3石英玻璃为物镜材料,测量范围为400℃-1200℃的感温器;分度号F2适用于以K9玻璃为物镜材料,测量范围为700℃~2000℃的感温器。表1辐射感温器分度表(分度号:F1)温度02356789℃m 00~2000同一分度号的标准辐射感温器一台5.22辐射源的有效发射率应满足1.000±0.015。5.23用辐射感温器比较检定装置试验时,允许上限温度为1800°℃。524中温黑体炉及高温黑体炉的辐射靶直径为50mm,测量距离为1m525使用中温黑体炉和高温黑体炉时,标准仪器和被检感温器的踏准均应在升温过程中进行,以便明显辨别辐射靶和炉壁。标准光学高温计或标准光电高温计与炉管同轴瞄准辐射靶中心,感温器进行瞄准JB/T9241-1999时,应使辐射靶的像完全覆盖热电堆。然后,在炉口中心位置放一光阑(光阑孔径为1m~3m),再检查热电堆中心是否瞄准孔的中心位置,去掉光阑,辐射靶的像仍应覆盖热电堆,否则需重新瞄准。526测量感温器输出所用的电测仪器,其准确度应不低于±0.05%。最小分辨力不大于1V。527除非本标准另有规定,影响量试验应以每个检验点三次测量的平均值来确定试验结果。5.3允差5.3.1检验的环境条件与允差有关的检验应在参比大气条件进行,感温器和测试仪器均应先放置在参比大气条件下足够时间使之稳定,所有可能影响检验结果的工作条件均应随时进行观察并作记录5.3.2检验方法5.32.1由下限至上限每间隔200作为一个检验点。测量范围为400℃-1200℃和700℃~2000℃的感温器可分别以600和800℃作为检验的起始点,在每个检验点,温度偏离整百摄氏度值不得超过±5℃。5.322标准仪器和被检感温器的读数顺序是:标准—被检1—被检2……→被检n标准被检被检2……······“···被检n标准仪器读数不少于二个,取其平均值作为一次读数,标准仪器和被检感温器前后两次读数之差均应不大于2℃,取前后两次读数的平均值作为该检验点读数。5323若采用有石英窗口的高温黑体炉作为辐射源,并且用标准光学高温计或标准光电高温计作为标准仪器时,应先求得石英窗囗的吸收值将读数加以修正。当用同类型标准辐射感温器作标准仪器时不需考虑石英窗口的修正,当用不同类型的标准辐射感温器作为标准仪器时,需分别考虑窗口修正。53.3数据处理a)根据标准仪器读数确定辐射源t;b)求辐射源温度偏离整百摄氏度点温度的差值△△式中:t—整百摄氏度点温度值。c)计算出感温器对应于△t的输出值△En△En=△rnded式中:E1—感温器输出值在该整百摄氏度点的变化率。d)被试感温器的整百摄氏度点输出值E:En=E。+△En…………(5)式中:E—感温器在辐射源温度为b时的读数e)由分度表查出对应于En的温度值t;f)按式(6)确定偏离分度表的差值a。8=54距离系数用靶径为50mm的中温黑体炉或高温黑体炉作为辐射源,测量距离为1m,按525的规定在升温过程中瞄准感温器。当能明显辨别辐射靶边缘时,辐射靶的像应完全覆盖热电堆。5.5测量距离影响55.1用靶径为50m的中温黑体炉或高温黑体炉作为辐射源,将感温器安装在导轨的支架上,按525规定的瞄准方法在测量距离分别为1.1m,lm和0.7m进行瞄准,感温器在上述距离内移动,均应达到瞄准要求。5.52检验温度点测量范围为400℃-1200℃的感温器在10050进行检验。测量范围为70℃200℃的感温器在1600℃±5℃进行检验,在检验过程中黑体炉温度变化应不超过1。JB/T9241-1999在1600℃±5℃进行检验,在检验过程中黑体炉温度变化应不超过1℃。553检验方法检验时测量距离从1.Im经1m到0.7m,再由0mm经Im返回到1.lm。两次读数的差值应不大于1℃。取这两次读数的平均值作为该测量距离的读数值。然后,将0.7m和1.lm处测得读数值分别与Im处测得读数值进行比较,所得差值为距离变化所引起的感温器示值变化。5.6环境温度影响56.1辐射源选用表4所列的辐射源,在检验过程中辐射源温度变化应不超过±1℃。562检验温度点测量范围为400℃~1200%的感温器在1000℃±5℃进行检验测量范围为700℃~2000℃C的感温器,在1600℃±5℃进行检验。5.63检验方法5.6.3.1借助恒温水槽使温度恒定的水通入感温器的水冷装置以改变感温器的环境温度。在试验过程中,用精确度优于±1℃的温度计测量水温。恒温水槽进出水温差应不超过5℃。通过恒温水至少2h后读数5.6.32读数顺序参照5.3.2.2。标准仪器和感温器前后两次读数之差均应不大于1℃,取前后两次读数的平均值作为相应于该环境温度点的读数。5633改变环境温度时,按56.31和56.32重复操作,在等待感温器到达热平衡的时间(h以上)内,允许辐射源降温。但开始读数时,必须使辐射源温度对于进行第一个环境温度点检验时辐射源温度的偏离不大于±2℃。在整理感温器相应于第二个及第三个环境温度点的读数时,应根据辐射源的温度偏离量进行修正。5.6.3.4在感温器环境温度为20℃±2℃,50℃±2℃,80℃±2℃三个温度点逐点进行试验,以环境温度为20℃±2℃的读数为基准,用其它二个环境温度点所得读数与其比较,按式(7)确定环境温度影响:(E:)/dE\lx10dt△W式中:△W—环境温度影响℃/10℃;1000℃C(测量范围为400℃~1200的感温器);1600℃(测量范围为700℃-2000C的感温器);E;——环境温度为t;时感温器的输出值;t;-50℃±2℃,80℃±2℃Ex——环境温度为20℃±2℃时感温器的输出值;tz—20℃±2℃。5.7响应时间57.1记录仪表采用光线示波器或长图自动平衡记录仪记录响应时间,长图自动平衡记录仪的响应时间应不大于感温器响应时间的1/5。572辐射源及检验温度点采用表4所列的辐射源。测量范围为400℃C~1200℃的感温器在1000℃±5℃进行检验,测量范围为700℃C~200℃的感温器在1600℃±5进行检验。57.3检验方法按52.5瞄准好感温器,当辐射源温度稳定在检验点±2℃以内时,用快速移动挡光板的方法产生温度阶跃挡光板遮挡辐射源时,感温器输出值应为零。开动记录纸,快速移开挡光板,并待感温器输出值稳定,根据时标或走纸速度算出到达阶跃值的95%所需时间58绝缘电阻JBT92411999在一般试验的大气条件下,用兆欧表在感温器的输出端与外壳间施加500V直流电压,稳定10后测量绝缘电阻。59水冷装置的工作压力用相应的试压装置进行,试验压力为03MPa,历时5min,观察水冷装置有无渗漏变形。5.10运输、运输贮存基本环境条件5.10.1按JB/T9329对出厂包装的感温器和水冷装置进行碰撞和跌落试验,跌落高度为100m。5.10.2按B/T9329对出厂包装的感温器及水冷装置进行低温试验,试验温度为-40℃~±2℃,试验持续时间为&h低温试验后,在正常工作大气条件下至少放置4h然后拆开包装按410检查感温器和水冷装置的外观,再按4.2,4.7要求检查允差和绝缘电阻。5.103在按4.2要求进行允差检验时,对F1分度号的感温器,检验温度点为600℃和1000℃;对F2分度号的感温器,检验温度点为1000℃和1600℃。5.11外观感温器的外观用目检法和适当的仪器、设备进行。6检验规则6.1总则为了检验感温器产品是否符合本标准规定的技术要求,每台交货前必须通过出厂检验,各种测量范围的感温器应定期抽样进行型式检验。6.2出厂检验62.1出厂检验至少包括下列项目,检验项目的顺序由制造厂决定。a)外观;b)绝缘电阻;)允差;)水冷装置工作压力。622出厂检验项目中,允差检验应不少于两个检验点。63型式检验型式检验应包括下列全部项目,并按以下顺序进行;a)运输、运输贮存基本环境条件;b)外观;c)允差;d)距离系数;e)测量距离影响f)环境温度影响g)响应时间;h)水冷装置工作压力;i)绝缘电阻。7标志和贮存7.1标志感温器输出端应有“+”或“-”的标志,感温器应采用铭牌标志,铭牌的基本内容包括a)制造厂名;b)产品名称;JB/T9241-1999c)产品型号;d)分度号;适用的温度范围f)制造时期;g)产品出厂编号。72贮存感温器应贮存在环境温度为5℃~40℃和相对湿度为10%-75%的室内,且空气中不含有腐蚀感温器的有害杂质。
