Isues of personal rights have become 1 growing concem in cr-rent culural diversity and culrural gobalization process. Personal rights, view diferences anisen due to cultural diferences, is a facor causingcommunication barriers in cros- -cultural communication. Differences in privacy exception are prominently highlighted in the exchange ofChinese and westem culture.
