论文简介

Three diesters of exo-syn-meso-oxabicyclo (2, 2, 1 )-hept-5-ene-2, 3-dicarboxylic acid andthree tetraesters of tetrahydrofuran-2,3, 4, 5-tetracarboxylic acid were synthesized and testedwith enantioselective hydrolysis catalyzed by pig liver esterase(PLE). The results of the PLEcatalyzed hydrolysis were discussed.
