InternationalizationStrategy Analysis of Accor,InterContinental and Starwood

As the big world hotel chains,Accor,InterContinental and Starwood Group took the different internationalization strategy to spread their hotels all over the world.This paper compared the strategies of them in the aspect of location,chain developing,affiliation,innovation and operating.From the result of the comparison,other worldwide hotel chain groups could be suggested when they build their internationalization strategies.
