非磨蚀的气液混合物需不需要设置防冲板

这个问题是我原同事提出来的，GB/T 151-2014的6.8.1.1规定了防冲挡板的设置原则，其中第c条的意思应该怎么理解？

根据断句的不同，有两种理解：

1. 有磨蚀的气体、蒸汽（气），有磨蚀气液混合物。

2. 有磨蚀的气体、蒸汽（气），任何气液混合物。

到底是那种理解是正确的呢？1 or 2。

我觉得2的理解比较合理.

一般来说气液混合物的冲蚀能力比气体和液体的冲蚀能力要强，在气液混合物中，气体的流速比较快，液滴在气体里对于设备表面冲击力就比较大。

有磨蚀的意思一般是液体或者气体中夹杂着固体。

根据伯努利方程，ρv2代表了流体的动能，相同的能量，就冲蚀能力来说，气/液+固体混合物或气+液混合>气体>液体。

所以

a）对于单相流体（气体或者液体）超过一定的ρv2需要设置防冲挡板。

b）液固需要超过一定的ρv2设置防冲挡板。

c）气固或者气液则均需要设置防冲挡板。

我们可以再看看TEMA是怎么规定的：

An impingement plate, or other means to protect the tube bundle against impinging fluids, shall be provided when entrance line values of ρV 2 exceed the following: non-abrasive, single phase fluids, 1500 (2232); all other liquids, including a liquid at its boiling point, 500 (744). For all other gases and vapors, including all nominally saturated vapors, and for liquid vapor mixtures, impingement protection is required. V is the linear velocity of the fluid in feet per second (meters per second) and ρ is its density in pounds per cubic foot (kilograms per cubic meter). A properly designed diffuser may be used to reduce line velocities at shell entrance.

和GB151基本一致

a)non-abrasive, single phase fluids,2232非腐蚀、非磨蚀性的单相流体,pv2>2232kg/(ms2)

b)all other liquids, including a liquid at its boiling point, 500 (744).其它各种液体，包括在沸点下的液体,pv2>744kg/(ms2)

c)For all other gases and vapors, including all nominally saturated vapors, and for liquid vapor mixtures, impingement protection is required.对于任何其它气体和蒸汽，包括所有名义饱和蒸汽以及汽液混合物都需设置防冲装置。

按照TEMA的原文，气液混合物需要设置防冲挡板。
