本篇在3D瞬态场中,看看磁芯中柱加上气隙后,对绕组损耗的影响。模型及绕组方案与part1~part3中完全一样,仅在磁芯中柱中间位置加一段0.4mm的气隙。
与part3结果对比,增加气隙后绕组损耗明显增大,最内层铜箔距离磁芯中柱是2mm,气隙长度0.4mm,即使绕组距离气隙5倍的气隙长度,气隙处扩散磁通对绕组损耗的增加仍然明显。
