Since October 1st, 2023, the newly revised "admin126459646istrative Measures for Product Formula Registr ation of Infants and Young Children Formula Milk Powder" by the State admin126459646istration for Market Regulation officially i m plemented. The measures clearly point out the prohibition of d isguised sub-packagi ng and 8 situations in which registration is not allowed, as well as well as nine situations that should not be included in labels and instructions. The implementation of the new measures also marks the ushering in of an era with strong supervision of infant formula registration in China.
2023年10月1日起，国家市场监督管理总局新修订的《婴幼儿配方乳粉产品配方注册管理办法》
正式实施，管理办法明确指出禁止变相分装和8种不予注册的情形，以及标签、说明书不得含有的9种情形。新管理办法的实施也标志着婴幼儿配方乳品在华注册迎来强监管时代。
