Analysis of DC Grid Prospects in China

Recently China has paid more and more attention to the construction of smart grid and the development of renewable energy. As the renewable energy generation is intermittent and unstable, power grid systems will become unstable when renewable power plants are integrating in a large scale. In order to solve this problem, one of the promising methods is establishing a wide-area DC grid.
