Design and Simulation of IEC 62056 Electricity Meter Model

This paper gives a brief introduction of IEC 62056 standards at first and then discusses the details about how to build the meter function model and the data model according to IEC 62056 standards.Finally it is described how to realize the IEC 62056 electricity meter by a simulation instance.
