标准简介

本文件规定了用剪切框测定纤维方向为0°和0/90的连续纤维增强塑料复合材料的面内剪切应力/剪切应变响应、剪切强度和剪切模量的试验方法。本文件适用于单向纤维、无纺布和/或织物(例如单向织物)增强热固性和热塑性复合材料层合板,纤维方向相对于试样轴向为0°和0°/90°,且铺层相对于试样中面对称和均衡。本文件适用于测定线性和非线性载荷-变形曲线范围内的剪切性能,剪切应变可大于5%。短纤维增强塑料复合材料和长纤维增强塑料复合材料可参照使用。
