本文件规定了在电气绝缘系统（EIS）的热评定诊断试验中增加因子的多因子评定程序。增加因子（除热以外的其他因子）的示例如下：
——强振动；
——浸没于油、水或溶液中；
——试验电压高于基准EIS的试验电压；
——强冷冲击。
