GB/T 37163-2018 液压传动 采用遮光原理的自动颗粒计数法测定液样颗粒污染度 Hydraulic fluid power—Determination of the particulate contamination level of a liquid sample by automatic particle counting using the light-extinction principle 

本标准规定了采用遮光原理的自动颗粒计数器测定透明、均匀、单相液样颗粒污染度的操作程序。
本标准描述的方法适用于监测：
a）液压系统的清洁度；
b）冲洗过程；
c）辅助设备和试验台。
本标准也适用于其他液体（例如：润滑油、燃油、处理液）的监测。
注1：测量人员需要保证原始液样或者为了降低重合误差采用稀释液稀释后液样中的颗粒悬浮均匀。
