GB/T 37157-2018 机械安全 串联的无电势触点联锁装置故障掩蔽的评价 Safety of machinery—Evaluation of fault masking serial connection of interlocking devices with potential free contacts 

本标准给出并解释了故障掩蔽在与一个执行诊断的逻辑单元（K）连接的多个串联无电势触点联锁装置(B1-Bn）的原理（见图1～图7)。本标准还进一步给出了如何估计故障掩蔽的概率以及所涉及联锁装置最大DC值的指南．本标准只适用于两个通道均为物理串联的联锁装置。
本标准有以下两个用途：
——给使用者提供估计最大DC值的指南；
——作为SRP/CS设计指南。
注1：带集成自监测功能的联锁装置不属于本标准的范围。
注2：逻辑单元采用的诊断方法也提出了限制。
