  • 煤气化污水化工处理新流程

    针对鲁奇加压气化工艺产生的煤气化污水处理现有流程特点提出一种新的化工处理过程,并实现了工业化.分别介绍煤气化污水化工流程处理的新老过程.新流程中,采用酸水汽提塔同时脱除煤气化污水中的氨气和酸性气体,氨气脱除后的煤气化污水pH值由原先的9~11降低至7以下,有利于后续溶剂萃取脱酚.而萃取溶剂甲基异丁基甲酮(MIBK)相比二异丙醚(DIPE)对污水中单元酚和多元酚有更高的分配系数,MIBK的萃取应用将从污水中回收更多的酚类成分,从而在煤气化污水生化处理前COD能进一步降低....

  • Simultaneous Voltammetric Determination of Three Herbicides in Food and Water Samples with the Aid o

    Differential pulse stripping voltammetry method(DPSV) was applied to the determination of three herbicides,ametryn,cyanatryn,and dimethametryn.It was found that their voltammograms overlapped strongly,and it is difficult to determine these compounds individually from their mixtures.With the aid of chemometrics,classical least squares(CLS),principal component regression(PCR) and partial least squares(PLS),voltammogram resolution and quantitative analysis of the synthetic mixtures of the three compounds were successfully performed.The proposed method was also applied to the analysis of some real samples with satisfactory results....

  • Removal of VOCs from Sudden Polluted Raw Water by Air Stripping

    Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are widely used in various industrial processes and generate water pollutions.VOCs removal from raw water is an important task for waterworks to guarantee drinking water security.The removal of VOCs such as chlorobenzene (CB) and ethylbenzene (EB) from raw water by air stripping was investigated under various conditions,including the variation of temperature (5-30℃),pH (3.5-10.5),and air/water ratio (10-60). The air stripping removal efficiency of VOCs decreased with VOCs concentration declining in water.And Henry's law constant was demonstrated as an indicator of the estimation of VOCs removal efficiency for air stripping. The effects of temperature and the ratio of air and water were found to play a great role in VOCs removal,but the effect of pH seemed to be negligible.This study demonstrates that air stripping provides a promising opportunity in removing VOCs in drinking water treatment,especially for the relatively high concentration of VOCs....
