复里学报(医学版Fudan Univ J Med Sci 2014 Jul, 41(4)乙醇对心肌梗死大鼠冠脉血管新生的影响屈福超王爱红孙永乐苑海涛张玉英4(山东大学附属省立医院心内科济南250012)【摘要】目的探讨乙醇对大鼠急性心肌梗死后冠脉侧支循环形成的影响及其机制。方法取雄性SD大鼠随机分成4组:假手术组空白对照组,小剂量乙醇组(50%乙醇,0.5g·kg1·d1)及大剂量乙醇组(50%乙醇5g·kg·d-1)。制作心肌梗死模型每组各8只,于术后第3天处死,留取梗死边缘区存活心肌,采用免疫组织化学SP法检测梗死边缘区心肌内微血管密度( microvascular density,MvD),ELA法测定血管内皮生长因子( vascular endothelial growth factor,vEGF及内皮抑素水平。通过方差分析研究各组间MVD及VFGF内皮抑素表达水平有无差异。结果与假手术组相比,空白对照组MVD明显增加(P<0.05),VFGF、内皮抑素水平明显升高(P<0.05);小剂量乙醇组MVD较空白对照组明显增加(P<0.01),vEGF明显升高(P<0.05),内皮抑素浓度明显降低(P<0.05);而大剂量乙醇组MVD则明显减少(P<0.01),VEGF水平与空白对照组相比差异无统计学意义,而内皮抑素明显升高(P<0.05)。结论乙醇能够改变心肌梗死后缺血心肌内VEGF和内皮抑素的表达,少量乙醇摄人可以通过增加EGF的表达促进缺血心肌内的血管新生过程,而大量乙醇摄入则提高内皮抑素的表达而抑制缺血心肌的血管新生过程【关键词】乙醇;心肌梗死;微血管密度(MVD);血管内皮生长因子(VEGF);内皮抑素;大鼠【中图分类号】R542.22【文獻标志码】Adol:10.3969/ I. issn.16728467.2014.04.018Effect of ethanol on the coronary angiogenesis afteracute myocardial infarction in ratsQU Fu-chao, WANG Ai-hong, SUN Yong-le, YUAN Hai-tao, ZHANG Yu-yingaDe partment of Cardiology, Shandong Provincial Hospital, Shandong UniversityJinan 250021, Shandong Province, China)(Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of ethanol on coronary angiogenesis after acutemyocardial infarction in rats.
