本文件描述了设计实验室间研究(ILS)的方法,及采用该研究估计试验方法精密度的计算方法。本文件规定了为确定试验方法精密度而进行的ILS计划的步骤(第4章),以及根据该研究结果计算精密度的方法(第5章和第6章)。本文件所规定程序适用于均相的石油及相关产品。本文件规定的程序可应用于其他类型的均相产品,应用于均匀度有待证实的产品时需慎重。
