本报告是为理事会、常设委员会和国际能源机构秘书处编写的，尽管它也可能引起更广泛的读者的兴趣。它借鉴了CIAB协会的贡献，简要描述了过去一年国际煤炭市场的发展情况，并强调了CIAB成员认为与煤炭作为一种安全、清洁和有竞争力的能源的发展相关的政策和其他问题。
This report is written for the Governing Board, Standing Committees and Secretariat of the International Energy Agency, although it may also be of interest to a wider audience. It draws on contributions from CIAB Associates to briefly describe developments in international coal markets over the last year and highlight policy and other issues that CIAB Members regard as pertinent to the development of coal as a secure, clean and competitive energy source.
