本研究的目的是将现有CO管道上的公共领域信息整理成一份全面的参考文献。其他目的是讨论科尔公司与其他公司，特别是天然气、管道的异同，并概述。从这项研究中得到的全部经验教训应该支持那些没有定期处理高额计算和成本估算的项目开发者、决策者、监管者和政府机构。
The aim of this study is to collate Infommation from the public domain on existing COpipelines Into a comprehensive reference document. Other objectives are to discuss thesimilarities and differences between Cor and other, especially natural gas, pipelines and toprovide an overview. The overall lessons leamed from this study should support projectdevelopers, decision makers, regulators, and govemmental bodies who do not deal withengieering calculations and cost estimates on a regular basis.
