资料简介
本报告在研究职权范围中规定的目的如下：（a）“评估通过应用碳捕获与封存技术，特别是通过将天然气重新注入地下地质层，减少东南亚天然气生产产生的二氧化碳排放的技术经济可行性。”以及（b）“在发现碳捕获和封存方面，将提高认识、建设能力和发展人力资本结合起来。”
The aims of this report as set out in the terms of reference for the study are as follows — (a) “to assess the techno-economic feasibility of reducing CO2 emissions resulting from natural gas production in South-East Asia through the application of CCS technologies, specifically by re-injecting the gas into subsurface geological formations” and (b) “a combination of promoting awareness, building capacity and developing human capital in the discovery of CCS.”
