CO2捕获项目（CCP）是能源公司之间的国际合作，支持碳捕获和储存领域的技术进步。中国共产党发展第二阶段的主要技术成果提出了新的捕获技术。第二阶段自2004年开始实施，并在2009年头几个月完成。第二阶段的重点是开发用于天然气发电站和炼油厂的CCS技术。

The CO2 Capture Project (CCP) is an international collaboration among energy companies supporting advancement of technology in the field of carbon capture and storage (CCS). The main technical results of Phase II of CCP in the development of novel capture technologies are presented. Phase II has been running since 2004 and is coming to a completion in the first months of 2009. Phase II is focused on the development of CCS technologies for natural gas fired power stations and refinery operations.
