This report summarizes the findings of a review of the  economic impacts of a selected group of technology  investments whose objective is to reduce greenhouse  gas (GHG) emissions. The review focuses primarily on  the investments made and their impact on gross domestic  product (GDP) and employment. Many of the investments,  particularly those intended to create new technologies,  are difficult to assess in terms of their potential impact  on GHG emissions. In addition to looking at the eco- nomic impacts of the investments, we also review the  various funding models used to fund the investments.
