电网侧电化学储能规模化建设起步，模式探索、成本下降仍在持续。2018年以来，电网侧储能项目迅速发展，2018年当年新增投运电网侧电化学储能规模206.8MW，在电网侧储能的带动下，我国当年新增电化学储能1.01GW，突破GW/GWh级别。尽管在政策鼓励、成本下降的驱动下，电网侧储能实现了初步规模化发展，但目前所依托的经营租赁模式比较单一，资产定价及管理办法仍需进一步细化。实现大规模商业化发展仍需商业模式突破，成本持续下降。
