美国能源部(DOE或Department)正在发布这一修订的意向通知，以告知公众正在进行的环境影响报告书(EIS)范围的变化。EIS,能源部将评估项目的潜在环境影响氢能源提出的加州,LLC (HECA)根据1969年国家环境政策法》(NEPA)(42事项4321 et seq),环境质量委员会的NEPA规定(40 CFR地区1500 - 1508年),和能源部的NEPA法规(10 CFR 1021部分)。

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE or the Department) is publishing this Amended Notice of Intent to inform the public of changes in the scope of an ongoing environmental impact statement (EIS). In this EIS, DOE will assess the potential environmental impacts of a project proposed by Hydrogen Energy California, LLC, (HECA) pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (NEPA) (42 U.S.C. 4321 et seq.), the Council on Environmental Quality’s NEPA regulations (40 CFR Parts 1500– 1508), and DOE’s NEPA regulations (10 CFR Part 1021).
