煤炭部及其下属办公室/公司和机构在2012-13年期间一直致力于推广印地语官方语言的逐步使用。本部致力于增加官方语言的使用，并定期向内政部官方语言司、内政部和议会官方语言委员会官员/部门以及下属机关/公司和自治机构的行政首长分发指示。受其管理控制的机构，以确保执行联邦官方语言法规
Ministry of Coal with all itsSubordinate offices/Companies ands Body kept itscontinued for propagatingspreading the progressive use ofofficial language Hindi during theyear 2012-13. This Ministry iscommitted to increasing the use ofofficial language, Instructionsreceived from Department of OfficialLanguage, Ministry of Home Affairsand Committee of Parliament onOfficial Language are circulatedregularly amongst theOfficers/sections of the Ministry aswell as the administrative heads ofSubordinate Offices/ Companies andAutonomous Body under itsadministrative control to ensureimplementation of the statutoryvisions of Official Languageof the Union
