With the continuous development of China's economy since the reform and opening up, the total amount of energy consumption in China has been growing. Among them, coal plays a leading role in the total energy consumption by virtue of natural resource endowment and price advantage. However, in recent years, the environmental problems caused by coal mining and utilization, such as vegetation destruction, ecological environment pollution, and increasing greenhouse gas emissions, have become more and more serious, which proves that it is not sustainable to rely on coal based energy structure to support economic development. Therefore, to change the mode of economic growth and energy consumption has become an urgent problem in China. As the gathering place of industrial industry, cities benefit from the promotion of industrial development. Except for the energy consumed by a few residents, almost all of the energy is put into the daily operation and production of the city. Therefore, studying the policy of controlling the total coal consumption from the perspective of the city is conducive to our bottom-up, point-to-face view of the problem, analysis of the impact of the heterogeneity of different cities on the total coal consumption, so as to more in-depth analysis of the coal consumption situation and utilization level of different cities.
随着改革开放以来中国经济的不断发展,全国能源消费总量也不 断增长。其中,煤炭凭借自然资源禀赋和价格优势,在能源消费总量 中占据主导地位。但是近年来煤炭开采和利用造成的植被破坏、生态 环境污染、温室气体排放量不断增加等环境问题愈演愈烈,证明了依 靠以煤炭为主的能源结构来支持经济发展的模式是不可持续的。因此, 改变经济增长模式和能源消费方式成为中国亟待解决的问题。城市作 为工业产业的集聚地,促进工业发展的同时也受益其中。除少数居民 生活消耗的能源外,几乎所有的能源都被投入到城市的日常运作和生 产之中。因此,从城市的角度研究控制煤炭消费总量的政策有利于我 们自下而上、由点到面地看待问题,剖析不同城市的异质性对于煤炭 消费总量的影响,从而更加深入地分析不同城市的煤炭消费状况和利 用水平。-
