资料简介
俄罗斯炼油厂在国内市场的成品燃料油销售量高达20%，而剩余的量则用于出口。大部分产品销往发电公司、公用事业公司、工业最终用户和燃料贸易商冬季燃料油国内消费量比夏季增长两倍。俄罗斯燃料油通过铁路车和河驳船运输到消费者和海港（5月至11月）。该产品在场外市场或电子交易平台上通过公平交易进行销售。
Russian refineries sell up to 20pc of produced fuel oil in the domestic market, while remaining volume gets exported. Most of the product is sold to power generation companies, utilities, industrial end-users and bunker traders. In winter months fuel oil domestic consumption increases twofold compared to summer period. Russian fuel oil is transported to consumers and seaports by rail cars and river barges (May to November). The product is sold through arms-length deals at over-the-counter market or at electronic exchange platforms.
