2015年上半年能源消费总量为1.415亿吨油当量（TOE），同比增长约0.8%。o虽然石油消费因油价暴跌而增加，但由于经济放缓，生产活动低迷，总能源增长率受到抑制。
Total energy consumption in the first half of 2015 recorded 141.5 million Ton of Oil Equivalent (TOE) – an increase of about 0.8 percent on a year-on-year basis. o Although the consumption of oil increased because of plummeting oil prices, the growth rate of total energy was dampened by depressed production activities due to the economic slowdown.
