MoDDP作润滑油添加剂的摩擦学性能
利用四球摩擦磨损试验机对MoDDP的摩擦学性能进行了考察;使用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能量色散X射线分析仪(EDS)分析了磨斑表面微观形貌及元素组成,探讨了MoDDP的润滑作用机理。结果表明:MoDDP具有良好的抗磨减摩和极压性能,392 N载荷下抗磨减摩效果最佳;1%和0.75%分别为油品最佳减摩和最佳抗磨的MoDDP添加量。SEM和EDS分析结果表明,S、P、Mo等MoDDP特征元素参与了摩擦过程,反应生成的含S、P、Mo化合物在提高油品润滑性能方面发挥了重要作用。...

Collision Analysis of the Spar Upper Module Docking
In order to assess the possible collision effect, a numerical simulation for the upper module and spar platform docking at the speed of 0.2 m/s was conducted by using the software ANSYS/LS-DYNA, and the time history of the collision force, energy absorption and structural deformation during the collision was described. The purpose was to ensure that the platform was safely put into operation. Furthermore, this paper analyzes different initial velocities and angles on the Von Mises stress and collision resultant force during the docking collision. The results of this paper showed that the docking could be conducted with higher security. The data in this paper can provide useful references for the determination of the upper module’s offshore hoisting scheme and practical construction by contrasting the numerical simulation results of the parameters on the docking collision....

Image Analysis of Fabric Pilling Based on Light Projection

Numerical Analysis of the High Skew Propeller of an Underwater Vehicle
A numerical analysis based on the boundary element method (BEM) was presented for the hydrodynamic performance of a high skew propeller (HSP) which is employed by an underwater vehicle (UV).Since UVs operate at two different working conditions (surface and submerged conditions),the design of such a propeller is a cumbersome task.This is primarily due to the fact that the resistance forces as well as the vessel efficiency under these conditions are significantly different.Therefore,some factors are necessary for the design of the optimum propeller to utilize the power at the mentioned conditions.The design objectives of the optimum propeller are to obtain the highest possible thrust,minimum torque,and efficiency.In the current study,a 5-bladed HSP was chosen for running the UV.This propeller operated at the stem of the UV hull where the inflow velocity to the propeller was non-uniform.Some parameters of the propeller were predicted based on the UV geometrical hull and operating conditions.The computed results include the pressure distribution and the hydrodynamic characteristics of the HSP in open water conditions,and comparison of these results with those of the experimental data indicates good agreement.The propeller efficiency for both submerged and surface conditions was found to be 67% and 64%,respectively,which compared to conventional propellers is a significantly higher efficiency....

Economic Analysis of Energy-efficient Buildings in China
Applying energy-saving measures in residential buildings is usually constrained by the increase of initial investment.However, if it is analyzed from the view of energy cost and life-cycle cost, the energy-saving benefit can offset the increase of initial investment. An analysis method based on life-cycle concept was developed to calculate the energy cost of residential building flats. Several uncertain factors were included into the model, making it more accurate to reflect practical situation. The model was solved using the software DeST and applied to one residential building project in Shanghai. The case study shows that the initial investment (cost) is paid back during the operational phase through less consumption of energy. It further indicates that the investment recovery period is between 10 and 19 years which are acceptable to households and developers in China....
